Rengar Bugged (no, not in a kha'zix kinda way)

Hello! So I'm not sure if this has already been discussed or if anyone is aware, but Rengar currently has a bug where every once and a while when he gets his 5th stack of ferocity, for some reason his Bola Strike goes on cooldown and you can't use it to snare your enemy target. It's only happened to me maybe 5-10 times out of several hundred games of playing him. But it's still a bug I think needs addressed! Thank you to whoever takes the time to read this and take action.
