Ornn ultimate ram despawning before recast [BUG]

I have experienced this on my past 2 games and in the practice tool. Ornn's ram will de-spawn before it reaches Ornn making it unable to be redirected. even with movement speed items running directly at the ram it either de-spawns or Ornn will pass straight through the ram as if it isn't there.

This bug has only happened to me today (05/09/19) as yesterday and earlier in the week the ult has functioned as intended.

Has any one else experienced this? i couldn't find any other mentions or solutions to this bug before.
