Accept screen bugged again

Accepted lobby, was placed into lobby, could not interact with lobby due to the accept screen refusing to disappear. Was in ranked, lost LP and ELO as a result? Kind of not cool for a 10 year old game to fail at lobby launch like that and still leave players with a dodge penalty...
