* Not enough RP/IP

I was planning to buy Taliyah , I just collected 6300IP but when i tried to buy her it keeps on sayin "Not enough RP/IP" I tried to re-login it didn't work, I also tried to play a game its still like that :V..... I can buy 4800IP champs and below just the 6300IP champs
