Champion Select Bug

I was just in 2 queues for normal draft pick game just now. During the banning phase, I was able to pick the champ I intended to ban, but in the champion select,** I was unable to pick anything. The "Lock in" button was grayed out, and double clicking the champion didn't do crap** (pardon my French). This forced me to dodge unintentionally, even if everyone saw me select the champion I was going to play. The first queue bug was bearable since it was a 5 minute wait. The second time it bugged out (RIGHT AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE) it gave me a 15 minute queue timer. Please fix the timer and PLEASE fix normal draft. I haven't been able to check if restarting the client works or not because of the queue timer.

tl;dr - just a salty boi with an undeserved 15 minute queue timer (also riot please fix your champ select)

Having this bug consistently; unable to play a normal draft game. Has anybody found a fix?

I just had a game where i came into the banning phase but no one could ban. after that we could not go back in queu we didnt get a penalty or anything but we cannot join the queue anymore.
