Health Pad Zone Disappears on Edge Pan (ARAM)

Bug: Health Pad Zone Disappears after you edge pan to where the physical health pad is off the screen. Also occurs when your teammates or you hits the pad off screen. The health zone will not show up until you pan over to see the altar. The health zone still displays fine when the enemy team hits the pad. This only occurs when your team does it. The enemy team health zones appear to work just fine.

How to reproduce:

1. get you or your teammate to touch a health pad
2. edge pan the screen just enough to where the health pad alter/stand is no longer visible
3. the blue circle is gone until you edge pan back to where the health alter is visible -OR-
4. Touch a health pad off screen, and the zone doesn't appear until the altar is visible
