Can't leave the starting base??

Just had a ranked game where i loaded in but couldn't leave the starting base. I tried flashing over but my character just ran straight back? I have no idea what causes this, but the only way i've found to fix it is resetting the client, which then takes me about 5 - 10 minutes to reload. Example of bug in the video
