Can't buy RP nor skins

I don't know what happened. Three days ago i charged my Visa PostePay with some money, then before the patch i bought some RP for a skin and all was going fine. Then after the patch i decided to gift a skin a friend, and all of a sudden i wasn't able to purchase RP anymore. I know when patches go out it's common to find such errors, but an entire day has already passed, so i don't know what do to. Moreover, if i try to gift RP directly to my friend Lol just says that he has received the maximum amount of gifts for today and that he needs to be level 1 or higher, when he's been level 30 for quite some time now. I don't know what to do. D:
