League doesn't load, got me a 20 minute leaverbuster.

This glitch is outrageous, for a mass million company such as Riot Games, it has happened to not only me but also my friends, and it's not a computer issue, the issue is within the game itself. The glitch basically keeps me loading in the game while it starts for others and the UI for the loading screen still works. It hasn't only happened to me but a multitude of my friends. And this glitch happens to me on a regular basis, but after the 20 minute leaverbuster, i'm done putting up with it. You guys have to do something about this glitch now. It's outrageous!
