Didn't get the skin after purchased

After I spent 100 prestige points (2019) for "the star guardian Neeko prestige edition", but didn't receive it.

Steps:

1. purchased "the star guardian Neeko prestige edition" by 100 prestige points (2019)
2. purchased the champion "Neeko"
3. purchased the skin of Neeko "the star guardian"

Expected result: Got both skins of Neeko "the star guardian" and "the star guardian Neeko prestige edition" Actual result: Only got one skin of Neeko "the star guardian"
