League not launching

Whenever I click 'Launch' on the screen before you have a chance to log in, half the time it won't start, forcing me to repair the client constantly to get it to work. If I don't repair it, that annoyingly loud sound willl play but nothing appears. When I open league again, it tells me that it's already open and I need to forcefully close it before I can open a new one (Nothing shows up on the Task Manager for League in case you were wondering).
