[GAME PLAY] Ashe's Auto Attacks Will Not Slow In the Game-mode LotPK

I play on a macbook pro, I was playing the champion Ashe. After a few seconds of combat I realized my basic attacks were not slowing minions or any enemy champions. I didn't say anything (to the friends I was playing with), but they noticed as well. (It became rather rage inducing after awhile ;-;) I tried activating my Q, and it would not slow either. Only my W and R applied any slowing effects. I would love if Riot could look into this and hopefully resolve the issue.
