Game bugsplatting before even opening.

So my game wasnt updating correctly at first, so I decided to restart the update. It then said "we have restored your client to a older patch and will restore it now" yada yada, so I was able to log in and no update happened after I pressed okay, so I couldnt make or join a lobby so I restarted my game, and now every time I open it, I get a bugsplat I've sent in the report and I even uninstalled the entire game & reinstalled it through the legacy client and once I press launch, it once again bugsplats, help meh please.
