7.9 patch + Game Crash = Ban

So i got the 7.9 patch and i have been having difficulties getting into the game and connecting as well (my internet is fine and all). The first crash was when after the champion select it says it cannot connect to the internet so i checked the server status and followed the procedure regarding changes to the CFG file called config. The second crash is when the client tells me i have been disconnected from the internet (which i wasnt coz i was still connected to the internet) and so i went through the firewalls just to check if that was the problem, it wasnt. So i restarted the client again, this time i managed to play a decent ARAM game but it was so laggy even though my internet connection was ok. The third crash was just a few minutes after champion select i started the Initiate Full Repair and what did I get? 5 20minute low priority queues. I just got out of one recently and Im being punished for Riots screw up? I did everything that they said, and this is what i get? I hope I can get an explanation out of this because Im starting to hate this game. i never play rank because I believe the fun and excitement along with the teamwork existed in normals. I met new friends, made terrible plays with them and laughed about it for days. I hope I can get Riots attention on this matter coz it might affect other players as well.
