Taliyah doesn't appear on the launch screen[CLIENT]

When I get to the launch screen for the game, before I log in, the free champion rotation doesn't show Taliyah, but it does bring up the information when I click on her. 1: Run League of Legends 2: Get to the launch screen 3:Look at the free champion rotation 4:See all of them but Taliyah 5: 100% of the time
