Game abandonment For a none existent game.

For some unknown reason after playing a normal game i went to play normal again and it said i couldn't join a game because i was already in one. After a few tries i log off league and back on to find my self at the leaving a game in progress screen. I attempt to log into the game to find my self waiting for a few minutes then it telling me my fire wall is blocking entry, when i know it is not having just played a previous game. It's been an half an hour now of waiting for it to clear up. Any thought's?
