Can't Connect to Game

So I was attempting to play a game yesterday, and I was never able to connect. I just got the client window saying "Reconnect." Didn't matter if I clicked reconnect, or relogged in, or even restarted my entire PC, I'm still not able to connect to the game itself. All other functions in the client work fine. And it's not just one queue type, I've tried Normals as well as the Practice Tool and can't connect no matter what I do. Any way to fix this or do I really have to wait til next patch and hope?

Yeah, same stuff here right now, I click on reconect and nothing happen. I'm gonna upload a Video if someone gets a ban.

Same for me now, i restarted lol, restarted it as an admin, restarted my pc, closed every other programm, used the full repair twice, checked the options of my firewall, and ran the ccleaner over and over - also the registry cleaner... Still, i cant play...
