DirectX is stupid all the sudden

I moved recently and nothing should've changed for league or any other part of my PC, and yet I cant get past character select screens without getting a directx error . Basically I bought a pass for the winter season and was hoping to play, but now I'm spending tireless hours to fix whatever league has a problem with. To no avail, I'm just getting punished for trying to join games just to see if it works after I do something. Guess I'll just eventually get an afk/leaver ban from trying to fix mysterious directx problems when it used to work perfectly, thanks riot. Just take my money for the pass and block me from using it.
