[GAMEPLAY] Intermediate Veigar bot can still build blackfire torch
Riot made an uh oh oopsie. So I was playing bot games with my girlfriend today, when I noticed I heard the old DFG / Blackfire Torch sound, and I looked at Intermediate Veigar Bot's build, and sure enough, I saw the Blackfire Torch. Really the way to reproduce this is just to get into a bot game yourself and have intermediate Veigar bot on the enemy team and play a while until he builds it. Dunno if he builds it if he's on your team. But yeah, this is a pretty big bug. Not game breaking, but just really strange how Riot overlooked this one. Really though 3v3 gets lots of bugs as time goes on, like the time turrets were getting negative armor and MR. But yeah, back to the subject, I suppose. I'm not sure if any bots who built it previously can still build Blackfire Torch though. However, the player can not build this item, as it is not listed anywhere in the item store. This is patch 5.4 by the way, for anyone wondering. DFG and Blackfire Torch got removed in 5.2
Keep in mind, this is on the EUW server, just in case it's any different on the NA or other servers. But I highly doubt it is.
(Also keep in mind we weren't playing seriously, we were playing around and doing stupid things. So don't call us trash or anything like that. I've also blurred out the names of our accounts, to keep our accounts safe from spammers, bots, too many invites, etc. Especially hers. Anyway, yeah. If a Riot member DOES want the original screenshots, I will share them with you. Just reply to the post and we'll get in contact through other means, such as Skype, Steam, Email, or League chat, somehow. But I assure you, this is my account playing with my girlfriends account.)

And, unfortunately I didn't search for it, but if it isn't listed in the AP section like in the screenshots, as you can see, I doubt it is in the shop for players to purchase. As of right now, I'm pretty sure I'm the first to notice / report this bug. Thanks for reading!
