Bug report Orianna Ball missing

I was playing Orianna against an Azir and about 10 minutes into the game the ball vanished whenever it was on Orianna. I am not entirely sure when it happend but it's possible that it happend after azir ulted me into his tower.

I am trying to reproduce it and possibly get footage.
