[GAMEPLAY] Smite prioritizes Champions over Epic Monsters

I can't think of any dimension that I would want to smite an enemy champion over an EXECUTING AN Epic Monster.

If an EPIC MONSTER is within EXECUTE RANGE HEALTH OF SMITE the MONSTER should take SMITE PRIORITY. I ONLY hit LEE because his model was DIRECTLY on TOP of the Dragon in the SAME FRAME so my smite went THROUGH DRAGON and HIT LEE.

Please fix this.

Yes, I know my play after was garbage. I smited dragon, but instead the game made me smite Lee Sin, so I got instantly thrown off on my gameplay.

i can already see that you have Chilling Smite. any improved Smite (whether it being Chilling or Channeling) can hit champions and likely will. try using a non improved Smite and see if it hits the monster.
