Fail to select/pick champion?

Hi, this new champselect is very good. Love it. But, few times i failed to pick champion and i was send back to queue and i didnt reasive any penalty for that. Im still playing ranked qualification 10 games. I dodged 2 times(not intentional). So what are punishments in this new season champ select?
