Rune page forced me to Q dodge

I tried to edit my runes and instead my entire lower half of my screen refused to work. I couldnt change anything, I couldnt select a champion, i couldnt push lock in on azir. The only button that would even show an ability to work was the exit button on the top right hand side. I'm pretty salty right now.
