We get to the end of champ select in ranked and then the game stops and brings you back to the lobby and an error pops up and says contact riot support if this happens.

I've escalated the issue to Riot. Hopefully, they'll post an update to the Service Status page shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for the report.

This also happened to me. But once I restarted my laptop everything went back to normal.
