Stuck in base/pad
I couldn't get out, I can flash out but I will just stand there, then I turned on in setting movement predictions when in bad connection. That fixed it but my champ started walking all retarded on me.

This is a bug that's created from a communication error from your PC/Laptop to the server.
You have to exit the match then reconnect. In some cases the client wont load up the window to reconnect to the match which means you will waste time in game by rebooting the entire client.
This has happened to me once and i tried to record a offscreen video to see if this happens again for proof but once i reconnected the bug stopped.
