Zed shadow indicator bug!!!

I play Zed a lot, and recently I've noticed a bug where if you have a shadow(Ult or W) which has expired a few seconds ago, it still has the Q indicator as if that shadow would fire a Shuriken, even though it doesn't and has clearly expired. Thank you!!

I was really hoping they would fix this when the preseason patch came out... this is so annoying and has lost me multiple kills expecting the shurikens to go off... not to mention this has been an issue for a long time
