Lost promos after first game after servers came back [SERVER related?]

I hit my series at 7:10pm cst Yesterday. Once my game ended I went to attempt my promos and ranked was down (red post went up at 7:35pm cst on the server status page). Tonight I go to play a ranked and attempted to do my promos. I had a loss and was given the "you've failed your promos" popup. On lolking.net it says I've played two promo games and I've lost one and won another and I've only played one promo game in this series. I'd love to know if anyone else has experienced this as well. If so, anyone or any Reds know if this will be fixed?

I've got a few pictures I can post showing when I hit my promos, my in progress promos, and I screenshot the server status page while it's still up as well.
