no master chest

soo i twice i got a s- on 2 diffrent (thresh + warwick) champs and did not get a master chest and i could really use em casue how elts are you suppose to get a bunch of shards and skins besides the campion capsules. Please tell me this is a glitch cause is its not that thats really stupid.
