BSOD System Service Exception

I've been Blue screening in the middle of games and then have possible data corruption when I get back into League and its ruining the game. I've had the issue before and tried to fix it, and for awhile it seemed fixed. But tonight, I had data corruption 3 times in the same game. Its getting impossible to play ranked. How do I fix this?
