Yasuo 3rd q not applying effects

In the league wiki, it specifically that Yasuo's 3rd steel tempest (tornado) doesnt apply hit effects. But in game it should. For example, it doesnt apply braums passive, lifesteal, hydra or any sheen items. Please fix because you've nerfed his passive dash fill up, then you removed it. You nerfed his shield by alot. It should work like his autos, or the 1st and 2nd steel tempest. Thanks
