Forced Dodge in Champion Select Bug [CLIENT]

Description: When selecting a champion in Ranked champion select, if a teammate locks in the champion you intended to play (selected intent), the champion selection arrow at the bottom disappears, the "Lock In" button turns gray, and you are unable to select a different champion to lock in. This causes the timer to run out and forces you to dodge. The dodge timer still applies to you.

Reproduction steps:

1. In a Ranked game champion select, select a champion you intend to play.
2. Ban anyone and let the Banning phase finish.
3. Teammate should now Lock In the champion you selected during choosing-intent phase, causing you're champion to be deselected.
4. At this point, when you try to choose another champion to Lock In, there is no arrow button at the bottom of the Client that normally exists to display all owned champions. Instead, the "Lock In" button remains and is grayed-out (disabled).
5. This leaves the user with no way to Lock In any other champion until the timer runs out and forces the user to dodge. The dodge timer is then applied to the user.

As you can imagine, this was super frustrating to discover. Please fix this!
