What is going on with the game.

Last night I was playing a game when I randomly got a bugsplat. After reconnecting I joined the game to have 17,000+ ping despite having a very stable connection. After seeing my ping I disconnected again only to see the game had reinstalled the old client, then immediately afterwards installed the newer one. After the reinstall processes had finished I was finally able to connect to the game again. Able to play for about 5 minutes before bugsplatting again. I don't understand what the dilema is but I decided to go to sleep and not focus on it. I will begin to troubleshoot what these problems are after work today, does anybody know what this/theses problem(s) are?

Take screenshots
submit them with a detailed explanation as to what happened here
If all else fails, first do an in client full repair, and if that does not work use an uninstall program to full uninstall the game and then reinstall.
