Gangplank's Ultimate and Silver Serpent coins BUG (GAMEPLAY)

While playing a normal team builder game as gangplank, i was unable to upgrade my ultimate even though i had more than 500 coins.

nothing else in the game was unusual. Attached i have linked the game history to show all items i used that may have made this occur.

I had the same thing happen to me in a custom game. I realized that this happened when I had switched from the recommended items tab to the all items tab and used a filter to narrow down my search, in my case I had hit consumables. After switching back to recommended, I couldn't upgrade my ult, but once I went back to all items and turned the filter off and then switched back to recommended I was able to upgrade.
