Elise rappel not working correctly

I used rappel and targeted a minion to land on but instead it jumped to minion and somehow teleported me to where i first used rappel.

Happened again later in the same game where i used rappel right after a vayne knocked me away but instead of being in the location i knocked to i was teleported back to where the vayne first knocked me away
