Prepaid Card says it was redeemed but no RP has been given?

I purchased a $25 Riot Prepaid card and I got it redeemed, but no RP was added/given. I tried again and it said I already redeemed the card. I checked my RP purchase history and the code I entered on the day was not there. Help please?
