Promo unsuccessful

Hi I have a screen shot here proving I have won my 6 last game, and only lost the last one, and only played 2 games in my promo from bronze 2 to bronze 1, but as I lost the second game of the 3 promo games, knowing I have won the first one, it said i was unsuccessful at completing my promo and got brought back to bronze 2 and lost some LP points. can this be looked into.
