Weird Binding Problem

So I'm having a weird issue. As you can see, my trinket is set to number 4 in the settings, but in the actual game it's number 7. Despite that, hitting 4 uses my trinket. But hitting 7 does nothing, making slot 4 unusable, since 4 uses number 7. Confusing, I know. I'm not sure what to do other than unbind and rebind, which I've already done. Help? Thanks!
