Gameplay Bug

I was raging in normals games and like any negative person, you would get a chat restriction. After that I re-logged and got a ranked restriction. I had to play atleast 25 games of normal draft and had to win to make the games decrease. I was playing on Feb 6th 2015 and this happened. I logged on and got this message like I would always do http://prntscr.com/622bu8 I decided to play one game of a normal draft so I could possibly win and make it become 19. After I lost the game, one of the member on the enemy team said " Thanks Team For Gold II". I thought he was kidding but when I went to check my match history, it said Defeat Ranked Game. http://prntscr.com/622bxv This also counted as my provisionals and I didn't know it was my provisionals so I didn't try as hard as I would if I knew that was my provisionals. Is there way the Riot Company could fix or help me in anyway?
