Mid Game crashes and connection drops

Ever since the new has dropped. Me and all my friends keep getting random disconnects in the middle of our games. The entire game freezes for a good 3 to 4 seconds then we get hit with the disconnect bar on the top of the screen and then we are back in game but with everything already moved and our ping set to 200-300. I am on wifi but my box is right under my pc and have super strong connection at all times, my brother is on ethernet and my friend uses his hotspot. We all experience this so it isnt a form of our connection. We all live in complete different locations so it isnt a location thing. I am lower CT my brother is in RI and my friend is in upper CT.

I can't play the game anymore because of it. I want to play ranked but it isnt fair to my team if i do. i try to play norms and it happens. I started to play aram only cause noone seems to care if we win or lose, but i want to enjoy the game. I want to improve at my role and improve at the game but cant test it out in ranked if i cant even move or play. If it doesnt get fixed i am honestly thinking of dropping a game i love a lot because it is aggravating having to fight the game just to play.

TL:DR Ever since dropped the game has had a connection issue and no matter what i do to fix it. I cant play the game that i love more than any other game. I just want answers on how i can fix it or if it is getting fixed.
