So i'm a very big VarusVarus player and I've been noticing a few problems with his Q.

I will start off with what is happening with his Q-Piercing Arrow

  • The end point of his Q (the arrow) is not dealing damage(for any of you who haven't experienced this yes i am hitting them with the skill i can hear it as well as it activates Deathfire's Touch)

How i came upon this was i was attempting to stop a recall in a bush on bottom side when the enemy ADC was starting to back. I charged up my Q and hit him from max range (sound went off telling me it hit). It didn't stop the recall. Leaving him with no damage taken and not to mention he was low HP (around 150 health) and able to back without interruption. I attempted it in a bot game later on and it happened again but this time it denied me a kill in front of dragon pit. I charged my Q fully and had my friend at max range, my friend that was helping me test the bug Hp was very low(100-110 Health), and here was my builditem 3142 item 3042 item 3508 item 3085 item 3031 item 3006 . So i tried again and again and it still didn't slay him. After about 35 minutes of frustration with the bug i would really love to get this fixed.

Step by Step to experience the issue (Quick Cast) (Step 1) Hold down Q-Piercing Arrow and charge it til the range is at max. (Step 2) Aim your cursor at your target with your target being at max range. (Step 3) Release the skill and at the very end of the arrow it will connect but it will not trigger damage.( Even without minions in the way) Note The sound of the arrow hitting the enemy champion will go off when it connects letting you know it hit its target

I play Varus Varus about every 10-15 games and i love the fact his Q can snipe people and deal a fair amount of damage. This bug really concerns me and it is very unsettling that i am no longer able to use the skill to its full potential due to the bug. It seems like a very simple fix but i hope it gets fixed soon.

True.

I can confirm this. My blight was popping but they were taking no damage. I'm not sure if the blight pops were doing damage either, it seemed like it wasn't.
