BLACK SCREEN AFTER CHAMP SELECT PLEASE READ!!!

In my entire league of legends gameplay experience I have never encountered this bug before. It has tortured me with the inability to join any games for the past month. I have had alot of fun times playing the game and want to continue. If anyone knows the solution to the following glitch please respond. Thanks! The problem is, everytime I log into the game the client lags and the "connecting to server" message pops up once or twice. I then go into a custom game with just myself in it and am able to choose my champion with a few laggy moments. After I lock in, and the 10 secound wait is up, the black screen (that is supposed to be the loading screen) opens up and i have to alt + f4 to close it. I get an error message that says unable to connect to server please go to.....(site). Even after watching the many videos and tutorials on how to fix this bug i cant seem to fix it. I have tried restarting windows deleting all my downloads (crazy.. i know), i have tried doing the repair and i have tried all the tutorials and guides. If anyone holds any information that may help me i strongly urge you to do so Thank you for reading this and have an awesome day/night.
