[Client] - Ghost IP?

I noted that this was a problem in the old client some time ago, and I haven't had this issue until today. My IP displays as one number, but that's not its actual amount, I'm guessing. I tried to buy a rune or a champ and I don't have enough apparently. It's not a big deal. I've been trying to keep track of my IP gain cause of a rune page I'm building but eh, not being able to buy a rune when I think I have enough IP for it is a bit of a bummer.

Anyone else having similar issues? Is there a fix? Should I just wait it out?

It seems that the proper IP amount does get redisplayed when I restart the client, but as soon as I gain some amount of IP through a match, the number returns to its false amount. I went from 534 to 1018 after winning an aram and getting 96 IP. I dunno, It should be something like 630 instead. I didn't take screenshots of beforehand and now unfortunately.
