Patch 6.19 chat bug

Wouldn't let me log onto the chat service, resulted in me having to leave a game due to the fact that I couldn't communicate with the team in champ select. I'm not currently serving any chat bans etc

Same for me. It's currently impossible for me to get logged onto the chat service.
