Nasus (Devourer) Bug
Nasus' Q (Siphoning Strike) is categorized as an on-hit effect yet with sated devourer it does not proc twice.

That's because it is a "single-use on-hit effect."
Nasus Q is in the same vein as the spell blade effects and is thus only applied once and only ever once.
