[Gameplay] Biscuit timer refreshes when another biscuit is used

On any champion using the new rune "Biscuit delivery", if the champion holds multiple biscuit at the same time, he can get extra hp and mana restoration by resetting the biscuit timer.

Step 1: use a biscuit. Step 2: wait for 14 seconds and get hp restoration. Step 3: use another biscuit before the first biscuit timer reaches 0.

Then you'll see that the biscuit timer is refreshed and has 2 stacks. It takes another 30 seconds before the timer is done, which means we can get 1 cookie's restoration for free.[slayer-jinx-wink]
