Weird occurrences

I have noticed lately a weird thing going on in games. There are games that are weird and the team and I are doing well and all of the sudden boom these guys are dodging everything not taking any damage and I swear appearing around the rift as if the teleporting where ever they want. No none of them have teleport. But when the game ends and you see there names there highlighted as such as if they been afk the whole match. Am I the only one running into this? They also know where we are at all times and I see not one ward the entire map. Not even old wards that you usually see and when I sweep nothing. Could it be me glitching out?
