Kindred marked camp voice lines

For a long time i have been confused by these voice lines that seem to be out of place. Kindred will randomly say lines such as :

"Well hunted, dear Wolf."

"The chase ends! More lie ahead, dear Wolf."

The problem is that these are supposed to only trigger when killing a marked camp or enemy as stated here in the quotes page and that is clearly not happening

Usually this will happen around two times during the first clear and probably after that aswell
