Draven bug

In my previous games while playing Draven, after throwing my empowered axe, The axe disappears out of his hand. It will throw a normal axe if I continue to attack, but its not the spinning axe, and does not apply the bonus damage. It will only reappear after the spinning axe has expired, forcing me to reactivate the empowered auto.
