Can't install Legends of Runeterra for some reason

When I try to use the Legends of Runeterra Installer, I get this message. Location for installment is automatically set to Riot Games folder, don't know if this makes a difference. Anyone had similar experience and/or knows how to fix this?

drag the installer icon to your desktop and right click on it then click on the compatibility tab and check the ''run this program in compatibility mode for'' and select windows 7 also check the disable fullscreen optimizations and the run this program as an administrator thats what worked for me good luck buddy
