[GAMEPLAY] Annie Q not blocked by Yasuo Windwall

While playing against Yasuo Mid as Annie in a normal Draft Pick 5v5 (solo queue), several times it seemed like my Q passed through his windwall even when latency didn't really make much sense. With 31~ ping in the provided video, Yasuo's windwall went up just before I cast my Q - which then went right through the windwall and killed him.
